1. Non-Refundable Fees: 1.1. All fees paid for courses or services offered by the Institute are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Refund Policy or in writing by the Institute.

2. Refund Eligibility: 2.1. Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances: a) The Institute cancels a course or service for which the Student has enrolled. b) The Student provides written notice of withdrawal from the course or service prior to its commencement, subject to any applicable cancellation fees. c) The Student is unable to continue the course or service due to documented medical reasons or other extenuating circumstances, subject to the Institute’s discretion.

3. Refund Process: 3.1. The Institute will review the refund request and notify the Student of its decision within a reasonable timeframe. 3.3. If the refund request is approved, the Institute will process the refund within 10 days days of approval using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

4. Partial Refunds: 4.1. If the Student withdraws from a course or service after its commencement, no refund will be provided for any portion of the fees paid. 4.2. Any applicable refund, if approved, may be subject to deduction of administrative fees or expenses incurred by the Institute.

5. Non-Transferability: 5.1. Refunds are not transferable and will be issued only to the original payer of the fees.

6. Dispute Resolution: 6.1. In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, the Student may escalate the matter to the Institute’s management for resolution.

7. Amendments: 7.1. The Institute reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any such amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Institute’s website.
